For over 20 years, ASDWA has co-sponsored, with EPA’s Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water, a conference to explore a wide array of data management issues associated with the national and state drinking water programs.

Pre-Conference Webinar Series

As in past years, we have scheduled a series of pre-conference webinars to help prepare attendees, and non-attendees alike, for the 2017 DMUC. If you are interested in any of the following topics, we encourage you to register for one or all in the series below. We will record these webinars and post them to the SDWIS User Community Section for those who are unable to participate due to scheduling.

2017 DMUC Pre-Con Webinar: SDWIS Prime Community Testing Round 1
Join us for a webinar on Apr 19, 2017 at 1:00 PM EDT.

This webinar will provide the SDWIS community with information about how to do SDWIS Prime application testing during this first round of user acceptance testing (UAT), occurring April 24–May 5. Testers will be testing the inventory and legal entity areas of SDWIS Prime, so during the webinar, EPA and the development team will orient the community to what to look for while testing, and how to make the most of interacting with the system. Testers will use the SDWIS Prime Zendesk website to provide feedback, so a demo and instructions will be provided about how to use Zendesk. Finally, there will be open Q and A during the webinar.

2017 DMUC Pre-Con Webinar: Federal Modernization
Join us for a webinar on Apr 27, 2017 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EDT.

In this webinar, EPA staff will describe updates to the SDWIS Fed production control process. This process, which hasn’t been updated since 2004, uses older technology that may not work as intended even if we update it to work with a newer version of Java. In addition, staff will describe the concept for SDWIS Fed quarterly reporting when SDWIS Prime goes live, which will rely on the new production control process.
