Annual Conference Remote Access
We realize that some individuals may be unable to travel to participate, so ASDWA is offering remote access to the presented materials and live conference audio via webinar.
If you are interested in attending, we ask that you register for one or all the sessions below. There are ten webinars scheduled for Central Time. You may register once for all sessions using our online form [https://form.jotform.com/ASDWA/asdwa-annual-conference-2024-remote] or register for each session you wish to attend by using the individual links below each session title. All plenary sessions will be recorded and shared after the Conference for later review. If any of the links below are broken, try to copy/paste the URLs into your browser.
If you previously registered as an in-person attendee using ASDWA’s online form but do not plan to attend in person, please let us know for planning purposes.
By registering as a remote attendee, you agree to “skate at your own risk,” as ASDWA staff may be unable to provide technical support during the sessions. Due to unknown technical factors [i.e., hotel internet crashes, equipment failures, etc.], ASDWA cannot guarantee that we’ll successfully broadcast every scheduled session. If we need to cancel a broadcast, we will try to contact all registrants to inform them. Naturally, we’ll do our best to provide a quality experience for the entire Conference and thank you ahead of time for your understanding.

Off-Site Social Event:
Please join us for this year’s offsite event on Tuesday, October 1 from 6:00-9:00 PM ET at the Crown Room at Ballpark Village right across from the Hilton.
Attendees will enjoy barbecue, burgers, and hot dogs. Attendance at the event will be $20.00, and those interested should register by 12:00 PM ET on Monday, September 16 to ensure a spot. You may purchase a seat through our payment form.

ASDWA will be conducting a Call for Papers to fill open slots in our agenda. If you would like to submit an abstract, click here.
Remote Participation:
ASDWA will not be hosting remote participation but will instead record sessions for registered attendees to view later.
