EPA Announces Multiple Deregulatory Actions and Reviews
On Wednesday, 3/12, EPA Administrator announced multiple deregulatory actions and reviews. 31 of these deregulatory actions focus on the Administration’s initiative to “Power the Great American Comeback”. The majority of the regulations being reviewed fall under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Clean Water Act (CWA). Also on 3/12, EPA announced the Agency’s intention to review the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.
