Lake Erie, PA Webinar on Groundwater and Climate Change
On November 19, 2024, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm (eastern time), the Pennsylvania Lake Erie Environmental Forum (PA LEEF) will hold a free webinar on how climate change affects groundwater and what it means for the environment and economy. This virtual event is hosted by Pennsylvania Sea Grant and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. During the webinar, participants will learn about the Gannon University project NePTWNE, Erie Water Works’ source water assessment and protection plan, the impact of climate change on Great Lakes agriculture and water use, and the Joyce Foundation’s groundwater governance report.
