EPA Releases WaterSense Accomplishment Report
EPA has released the 2023 WaterSense Accomplishments Report, which details how Americans saved water last year. WaterSense, a partnership program sponsored by EPA, partners with manufacturers, retailers, builders, utilities, organizations, and communities to help consumers and businesses save water. Since 2006, the WaterSense label has been used to identify water-efficient products, homes, and programs. Some highlights from the report:
- 8.7 trillion gallons of water saved since 2006 using the WaterSense Program
- 1.2 trillion gallons of water saved in 2023
