Register for the Upcoming EPA Small Drinking Water Systems Webinar: PFAS Drinking Water Regulation and Treatment Methods
On April 30 from 2:00-3:30 (Eastern), EPA will continue the Small Drinking Water Systems Webinar Series, hosting a free webinar on the recent final PFAS regulation and treatment methods. The presentations will include an overview of the final regulation, including the key regulatory requirements and timing for water systems and drinking water primacy agencies to comply with these requirements, background on the regulation development, and funding information to support rule implementation. The webinar will also include a presentation on the three treatment processes designated as best available technologies for PFAS removal from drinking water: granular activated carbon (GAC), ion exchange (IX), and membranes (NF/RO).
