OMB Completes its Review of EPA’s Final PFAS NPDWR
On March 28, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) updated its website to reflect that the Agency completed its review of EPA’s final National Primary Drinking Water Regulation for PFAS on Wednesday, March 27. The completion of this review typically indicates that the final rule should be released publicly soon. This puts EPA well ahead of its statutory deadline of September 3, 2024, to finalize the rule.
