EPA will start the webinar discussing their guidance for developing and maintaining a lead service line inventory, which will be followed by a presentation from Colorado on their initial service line inventory guidance policy to address issues with labeling galvanized lines non-lead, statistical modeling, non-lead cutoff dates, and state specific policy decisions.
