ASDWA Releases Update to Resource on State Definitions of Disadvantaged Communities
ASDWA has updated a vital tool on the association’s Environmental Justice webpage. The table for state definitions of disadvantaged communities has been updated for the first time since its release in July last year. ASDWA staff reviewed recently released state Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for changes to each state’s disadvantaged community definition. Additionally, the table has been updated with new links to the most recent IUPs and other relevant state resources.
