Initial List of Programs Covered Under Justice40 Unveiled by EPA
On June 24, EPA unveiled the initial list of programs that are covered under the Biden-Harris administration’s Justice40 initiative. The list includes 72 programs including the six initial pilot programs – the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Reducing Lead in Drinking Water, Superfund, Brownfields, and Diesel Emissions Reductions Act Program. Beyond these initial six, the list includes a variety of programs related to drinking water, many of which received funding under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law:
