EPA’s EFAB Pollution Prevention Webinars in May and June

EPA’s Environmental Financial Advisory Board (EFAB) will hold public webinars on May 10, 2022 and June 22, 2022 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm (eastern time) as part of the Pollution Prevention (P2) Finance Forum webinar series. This webinar series explores opportunities and challenges in financing sustainability, with an initial focus on advancing opportunities for small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses. The purpose of the May 10 webinar is to further assess the types of financial tools and models that are or could be made available for P2 projects and are relevant to small and medium-sized businesses and manufacturers. The June 22 webinar will assess partnership models and explore potential partnership opportunities and distribution networks for P2 projects that reduce, eliminate, or prevent pollution (including pollution that can contaminate drinking water sources) at its source prior to recycling, treatment, or disposal.
