Consumer Confidence Reports Rule Revisions Listening Session Next Week
Next week, EPA is hosting a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Rule revisions listening session on April 26 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm (Eastern). The goal of this listening session is for EPA to obtain further public input on the CCR, and EPA has highlighted that they will be seeking input from individual and communities that are currently or historically vulnerable to environmental injustices. Oral and/or written comments are encouraged for the meeting, and more information on providing those comments can be found here. ASDWA previously provided CCR Rule revisions recommendations to EPA and more recently provided an addendum to these recommendations for the National Drinking Water Advisory Council in their discussions last year.
