EPA to Hold Public Meetings and Take Comments on Environmental Justice for PFAS Drinking Water Regulations
EPA will hold two identical public meetings to discuss and solicit input on, “Environmental Justice Considerations for the Development of the Proposed PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR),” and is also asking for public comments.
The meetings are being held virtually on the following days and times and registration is available here. Please register at least one day prior to each meeting date. Registrants can also sign-up to make brief verbal remarks during a meeting.
- Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 1:00 – 4:00pm (eastern time)
- Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 5:00 – 8:00pm (eastern time)
ASDWA will be working with both our PFAS and J40 Workgroups to provide input to EPA. Comments are due by Wednesday, April 20, 2022 via www.regulations.gov, Docket ID: EPA-HQ-OW-2022-0114.
