USDA Announces $307 Million for Rural Water Infrastructure Projects
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced $307 million in funding for water and wastewater infrastructure projects to address barriers communities of color face accessing public health in rural America. Funding for these projects is being provided through the Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant Program to update water infrastructure and replace lead service lines in 34 states and Puerto Rico.
