EPA Awards Grant Funding for Small Systems Training and Technical Assistance
EPA has announced the award of over $17 million in grant funding for three organizations to provide training and technical assistance for small drinking water and wastewater systems, and private wells. This may include circuit-rider and multi-state regional technical assistance programs, training and site visits, as well as training or technical assistance to diagnose and troubleshoot system operational and compliance-related problems and identify solutions. The award recipients are the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP), the National Rural Water Association (NRWA), and the University of New Mexico. For more information, visit the EPA website.
