EPA Expands Research on COVID-19 Webinar
EPA is hosting an upcoming webinar highlighting recent research with CDC that will help states and local governments reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. The webinar will cover the following:
- Environmental Cleanup and Disinfection – will discuss research of disinfectants on surfaces, strategies to disinfect PPE, best environmental sample collection methods and limits of detection for SARS – CoV-2
- Wastewater Virus Detection – understanding how much of the virus may be present or in an infectious state in wastewater
- Salivary Antibody Assay Development – discussion of a non-invasive antibody assay to help determine rate of infection
