EPA Rolls Out Water System Partnership Handbook
EPA recently released the Water System Partnership Handbook. State drinking water programs and technical assistance providers can use this tool by following the six steps of this handbook through fillable sections to identify PWSs, assess partnership options and feasibility, and develop a plan for implementation.
