EPA Webinar on Using Aerobic Spores to Determine GWUDI
EPA will host a webinar on August 7th, from 1pm to 2:30 pm Eastern Time to explore the use of aerobic spores as a supplemental determination tool for groundwater under the direct influence of surface water (GWUDI). Attached is a flyer describing a presentation that will be done by Dr. Phil Berger, OGWDW, on Total Aerobic Spores as a Supplemental GWUDI Determination Tool. In addition, Dr. Berger will be joined by Tyson Ingels, State of Colorado, to discuss their experience with using total aerobic spores; and Dr. Mark Rodgers and Laura Boczek, EPA ORD, to discuss standard methods for Aerobic Endospore Assay.
