US Water Alliance Webinar on Reducing Lead Risks to Protect Public Health
On Wednesday, March 21st from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, the US Water Alliance will hold the sixth webinar in its seven-part webinar series. This webinar and the associated One Water for America Policy Framework brief is entitled, “Reduce Lead Risks, and Embrace the Mission of Protecting Public Health,” and identifies issues like education and public awareness, regulations and enforcement to minimize risks, funding and logistics for lead removal, in-building plumbing and lead, and the limitations of corrosion control. The brief connects those issues with policy solutions at the national, state, regional, and local levels.
