EPA Inspector General Begins Study on Public Notification Requirements
EPA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) has started a study on the Public Notification (PN) requirements under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). OIG is planning to meet with several stakeholders in the drinking water sector as part of its research, and ASDWA is scheduled to meet with OIG on Thursday, September 7th. ASDWA will continue to keep its members informed of this OIG study as the study progresses.
