Job Opportunity: Washington Office of Drinking Water Seeks Finance Manager
The Washington State Dept. of Health, Office of Drinking Water (ODW) is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. The ODW Finance Manager provides the vision and leadership for the sound financial management and administration of Washington’s complex Drinking Water State Revolving Fund which has over $855 million revolving through in construction loan funds, as well as ODW’s approximately $200 million biennial capital and $30 million operating budgets consisting of 8 different unique fund sources. This position leads the centralized financial management for budget and manages the activities of a staff four (4) that perform all aspects of the Office’s federal grant accounting (revenue and expenditures), contracts, grants, loans, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, payroll and time accounting.
