Scheduling Primacy Agency CMDP Transition

PURPOSE

The CMDP team is seeking an initial indication of Phase 2 and Phase 3 primacy agencies’ desired start dates for transition to the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal (CMDP).  The CMDP Team is readying resources to assist with transition activities.  

PHASE I PRIMACY AGENCIES (NOW THROUGH MID-APRIL)

During the first Phase, primacy agencies we have been working closely with are currently scheduled through mid-April.  Since we are currently working closely with them, with a few already having transitioned to CMDP, our team will be reaching out to finalize these primacy agencies through mid-April.  Those are:

PHASE II PRIMACY AGENCIES (MID-APRIL – SEPTEMBER)

Phase II primacy agencies represent the bulk of the initial interest in transitioning to CMDP.  The CMDP Team is looking for Phase II primacy agencies to provide an initial indication of a desired start date for transition from mid-April through September (or beyond).  The CMDP Team will use this feedback to schedule resources to meet these dates as closely as possible.  Phase II primacy agencies are:

PHASE III PRIMACY AGENCIES (JULY – ??)

Phase III primacy agencies that have expressed interest are encouraged to request a desired  transition start time of July or later.  The CMDP Team will continue to provide documentation and feedback from previous transition activities to assist with knowledge transfer.  Phase III primacy agencies are:

Please provide the time frame for CMDP transition that best meets primacy agency availability.  The CMDP Team will be looking to get these requests scheduled over the next few weeks.
