WIFIA Credit Assistance Public Comment Period is Open
WIFIA, the Water Infrastructure and Finance Innovation Act, is designed to provide Federal credit assistance in the form of direct loans and loan guarantees to eligible clean water and drinking water projects. On May 23, EPA published the WIFIA Information Collection Request and draft application materials for public comment. This information collection is necessary in order to receive applications for credit assistance pursuant to §5021 of the 2014 Water Resources Reform Development Act (WRRDA). The public comment period is open until July 22, 2016.
