Final FY 13 National Water Program Guidance Commitments Published
EPA’s Office of Water recently published a final version of “Fiscal Year 2013 National Water Program Guidance Supplemental Appendix – Final Performance Measure Commitments” summarizing commitments to targets in the Fiscal Year 2013 National Water Program Guidance (published in April 2012). This document is based on the results of negotiations between EPA Regions and states — throughout the Summer and Fall of 2012 — on specific performance commitments in their respective state programs. The document presents “rolled-up” commitments on an EPA Regional basis and is available through the following link (“Water Safe to Drink” is Chapter 1):
