November 14th USGS Webinar on Cyanobacteria in Kansas Drinking Water Supplies
On November 14th, the USGS Cooperative Water Program is hosting a webinar entitled, “Fate and Transport of Cyanobacteria-Related Toxins and Taste-and-Odor Compounds from Upstream Reservoir Releases in the Kansas River, Kansas.” The webinar will be held from 1:00 – 2:15pm (eastern) and is the second webinar in this series. During the webinar, cooperators will speak to the relevance of the science in their day-to-day decisions, including Tom Schrempp from Johnson County WaterOne and Earl Lewis from the Kansas Water Office.
