EPA Posts State TTX Lessons Learned
Over the past couple of years, EPA Water Security Division (WSD) collaborated with selected states to host water sector-focused tabletop exercise – often called TTX. Connecticut, Arkansas, Kentucky, Utah, Missouri, California, South Carolina, and Tennessee all participated in the exercises designed to “raise awareness of the important of water/wastewater services and the need for coordinated planning within a state for water sector-related emergencies.”
EPA-WSD had posted a “Lessons Learned” document that captures key highlights from the exercises and includes helpful resource links. You may view and download a copy of the four-page document HERE.
You may also want to check out the recently updated EPA-WSD website. It has a new organizational structure designed to be more user friendly and highlights available tools, new sector initiatives, and links to related resources.
