The Section 319 Clean Water Act Nonpoint Source Management Program was established 25 years ago to address nonpoint source pollution or diffuse sources of pollution such as runoff. Under Section 319, states, territories and tribes receive grants that support a wide variety of activities including technical assistance, financial assistance, education, training, technology transfer, demonstration projects, monitoring, and other activities. This webcast will highlight agricultural nonpoint source success stories from Oklahoma, Virginia, and Wisconsin. For information on current Section 319 Nonpoint Source Success Stories, see http://www.epa.gov/nps/success. This webcast is part of the Watershed Academy Webcast series in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act.
