New Issue of USGS’ GeoHealth Newsletter
The current Issue of the USGS GeoHealth Newsletter is now available on the Internet at: http://health.usgs.gov/geohealth/v09_n01.html. GeoHealth is the USGS’ environmental health science newsletter. Environmental Health is a new mission area within USGS. The newsletter describes a broad range of scientific information valuable to safeguarding the quality of our physical environment, the health of our living resources, and public health. The newsletter is issued twice a year. This issue includes articles about algal blooms, arsenic in Maine’s water, nitrogen and phosphorus across the country, among others, as well as notices about upcoming meetings.
